Birthday Celebration & Launching of Cactus Blue "Book of Recipes"

Balloons were being inflated and paper streamers were being wrapped around the wooden trunks at Cactus Blue ready for the evening celebrations. Over the last 3 years, the reputation of Cactus Blue has undoubtedly grown.

Both Corinna and Hagen, together with Sebastian and Florian, not to forget Christian their youngest son, as well as their members of staff and a fully booked restaurant, celebrated the 3rd birthday of Cactus Blue. Of course Moogie was playing the familiar sounds of caribbean jazz and entertaining the dinners right up to closing hours. during the evening both Corinna and Hagen found time to talk to all the dinners as well as hand out some presents.

It was certainly a night to remember. Dinning that night was a couple who ate on the opening night of Cactus Blue along with other regulars who time and time again frequent the restaurant.

The long awaited "Book of Recipes" was also made available and one was donated to the Rotary Club of Bonaire as an auction item to help raise money for the 'Breakfast in Schools' project enabling more than one hundred local to children to have a breakfast every day while at school.
