Cactus Blue "Book of Recipies"

Finally, after many nights of talking about it, Chef Hagen has produced his very first "Book of Recipies". Each book is bound by drift wood and individually signed and numbered. Upon receipt of eachbook, the proud ownersare requested to send a short email to hagen@cactusbluebonaire.com confirming thier numbered book. The recipiant will then receive periodical news letters, offering techniques and of course new recipies. The book is availble for purchase in the newly opened Shop at the restaurant which is stocked with t shirts both short sleeve and long sleeve, sweat shirts, caps and coffee mugs.
