Located in downtown Kralendijk, Cactus Blue Bar & Restaurant is known for “gourmet contemporary Caribbean cuisine.” Guests can enjoy flavorful island favorites as well as some familiar American fare.

The extensive menu features fresh Lobster, Mahi-Mahi, grilled Wahoo, lime & ginger Shrimp, Chicken Quesadillas, island jerk fire roasted Chicken and world renowned Argentine grass-fed Filet Mignon. Sample our signature Yellow Fin Cajun Tuna Sashimi or try the tropical curried Chicken Stew, a flavorful combination of braised chicken, sweet pepper, onion, mango and papaya served over a bed of coconut rice. A special feature on the menu is Mama Lou’s Kabritu Stoba – Bonairean Goat Stew.

Enjoy deliciously smooth and refreshing Cocktails. But be wary of Cactus Blue’s potent Cactus potions that contain up to four shots of liquor and are served in half-liter carafes!

Cactus Blue’s decor is as colorful as the drinks, and guests can choose to dine in air-conditioned comfort or outdoors on the terrace.
